Mr. Aveline continues to write postings on the HPB Letters Committee 
that are based as far as I can see on nothing but his own uninformed 
assumptions and empty speculations.

I have written two postings trying to explain my participation as 
regards the HPB Letters Committee as well as some general 
observations on this subject.

I have nothing more to add.

If he wants more actual information he will have to inquire from 
other sources.  I hope he does this instead of just making more 
vacuous statements.
