Mr. Carlos Aveline has tried to dismiss and discount Dr. Gregory 
Tillett's observations about the ULT because (Aveline alleges) 
Tillett is not a Theosophist, is not interested in the Theosophical 
philosophy, is ONLY a specialist on the Adyar TS, is ONLY interested 
in the bureacractic side of the Adyar TS or the ULT, hasn't studied 
the ULT and doesn't like the ULT, etc., etc.

But look at the observations and experiences of Carl Ek as he has
related them in NUMEROUS postings on Theos-Talk.

Mr. Ek is a Theosophist, is a student of Theosophy and has had a
great deal of experience in the ULT. Read one of his accounts as 
given in the URL below.
