Fancy "Millions"

Dec 21, 2006 12:01 PM

Jake,

Are these "millions of dollars" in cash, or are these "millions" in buildings, etc?

In the USA, a couple of old big buildings (like L.A.'s huge and beautiful 'Theosophy Hall' inaugurated in 1927) can reach that sum.

It is easy to build suspicions.

It is the same as to put a price to the Adyar compound in Chennai, India, and then conclude that Radha Burnier has that money available in cash, and that she does nothing with that, etc., and so on.

Naive people are quick to condemn and slow to get real information before judging.

It is not a question of "not judging" -- it is a question of thinking before condemning.

Regards, Carlos.
