Totally agree with you and HPB. No point in preaching to the converted, need to get the knowledge out to the general public, although I have been doing it for years, it always falls upon deaf ears. I am of the conclusion that when the pupil is ready, theosophy comes to the pupil, all I do is spread the word and hope that at some point the compass may change direction!

Any and every site and newsgroup and maillist and youtube etc should be
used. In the early days when HPB was alive she extensively used to write to
the news media - general and specialized -- the idea being to engage the
public in matters of interest to theosophy and spiritualism, in addition to
the the theosophist. After her time, what we generally find is one of
preaching to the captive followers. No wonder that very few in the world
have ever heard of theosophy, theosophical society and its objects. May be
with Internet, it is time that everyone should reevaluate how best we can
draw the attention of the world about theosophical doctrines.

One of the last time when I heard about theosophy in the TV was segment on
Simpsons when Homer and his friend went to see HPB!!!!
