You are probably right in that.  I think if you read these groups you  will 
find that a lot of folks exist in the past, continually rehashing who did  what 
or said what back in the relative stone age of the 19th century, rather  than 
looking the future and thinking about what can be done.  There is more  than 
enough to argue about with that.
