*When everyone is going to cyberspace and DVD/CD, I hope it will be
available on-line and on DVD/CD. Since it already is in an electronic form,
making it available either on-line and/or DVD/CD should be doable. Also many
in the third world cannot afford to purchase hard copy at this price;
probably university libraries and fat cats can afford it.
