When my brother and I were children, my father used to have a bath with 
us (I don't know in other countries, but in mine that is quite usual). 
And I remember him teaching me how to clean my body. I remember 
especially when I had to clean my genitals, because it was a little 
painful and I didn't want to do it. But he didn't allow me to avoid it. 
Now, I think nobody would accuse my father of any "evil intent".
If you consider Leadbeater as an Initiate, someone pure and loving, it 
could be quite possible for him to treat the children as being their 
own sons. He didn't do something absolutely bad (as for example 
sexually abusing of a child). If you think he was a pederast, then 
it'll be very disgusting. But we don't have how to prove one or another 
theory.
Since I'm a microbiologist, when working in the laboratory of a 
hospital (during my degree) I had to take different samples from sick 
people to be analyzed. In one or two instances I had also to take 
sample from the genitals, both of men and women. Now, a doctor is 
allowed to do that, because there is only the intention of curing some 
disease. What's the difference with an Occultist, if the intention were 
the same?
I'm not saying Leadbeater's behavior was advisable. I think it was an 
error (mostly because of his cultural context), and he has already paid 
for it. But I do see a real possibility of him not being guilty of any 
evil intent.
