Yes Cass, the easy one starts with ( smoking or whatever) the
difficult it is to stop.
You need all the discipline one can have.
Especially after heartattack and more important is to stop eating salt.
You don't need  NaCl( is the common salt) better buy Kalium Chlorid
that is the salt gives no harm.All pharmacies have that or here we
have in supremarket LO Salt that is for 80% KCL.
And don't stop drinking your red wine two glasses a day, that is for
heartworking very well.

Hopely you will not get another one.One in a lifetime will be enough.
And keep pleasuring.
