Since 2002 till 2006 I tried to advertize my site www.theosophy.ru 
through the similar system but with not much success. It gave just 
several additional visitors per day and after the end of advertizing 
campaign it fell almost to initial numbers. But my site is not 
official.
In 1990's I tried to advertize theosophical meetings by habging little 
advertizements in colleges in univercities in order to attract more 
young people. It was fully unsuccessful and wasn't encouraged by other 
theosophists, do U dropped this practice.
