It brings a very interesting incident I witnessed. One of my friends who is
white had kids in elementary school. These kids have no idea about color and
discrimination. The school discussed about Martin Luther King Day and one
of the kids came home wanted to find out what is going on because the kid
was confused and could not comprehend anything about color and
discrimination. What this indicates is, children in their natural state have
no idea about color and it is the adults and the society which indoctrinates
them about the discriminating issues. Hope in the next generation the
society will be better off.

By the way, in the USA, I have personally witnessed even those exposed to
theosophy, have unconsciously fallen into discriminating against those who
do not look like themselves and it is the same people who aspire to one day
become an Initiate. So the basic problem is with the human nature itself.
Most like those who are like ourselves.
