It is getting to the point now where I will only eat out if I know they use fresh product. As far as vanilla goes, it is easy to use natural product, just need to split the bean and scrape the contents out. I use tumeric and other spices for colouring. Over 70 percent cocoa in dark chocolate makes it ok to eat with safety. Vegetables stay a nice colour if they are not overcooked, al dente, I couldn't eat a vegetable now unless it is crunchy.

There is no way out of that stuff and much more.
I know vanilline is a sweetener in for example chocolate and cookies
too, which give addiction to it.That is why we can eat 100gram of
bonbons in one time.
That is the consumptionsociety.
But there are limits on the use of them.
What to think about dangerous colouring the food???
Gives allergics and ADHL to children.
There is nothing we can eat for health, only if one have a farm or
fruitgarden like I have, than you possibly can eat fruit without
poison.
Also in the air is a lot of poison.
So we need to immunimize.

By the way, more than allowed is a good expression, for there are
little restaurants which overhead the rules and use a lot of f.e
vetsin.
