In a footnote in the letter circulated to French members it says:

NB: We have learned that as of today Germany, Finland, Spain, Italy,
Portugal, Sweden, the USA, Colombia and Argentina have decided to
write in a similar vein to their members.

If anyone comes across letters from any of the above countries as well as
any other countries, can you post it here so that we know how the campaign
is fought.
