RULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION NAMED
`THE THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY', ADYAR, MADRAS

10. Election of President

Each member of the General Council, who is a General Secretary, shall 
be entitled to make three nominations and shall consult his Governing 
Body before making nominations.

Most probably GS of the TS in Argentina, England, Indonesia and 
Philippines have nominated both candidates.
