The biodata of each candidate was sent out, by the International
Secretary, together with the voting papers, to all TS Sections around
the world to be sent to all members eligible to vote. This is the
procedure that the Rules of the TS determine for an election.
In your statement above mentioned you refer to "the personal web
site of Radha". I did not know she had a personal website. Can you
please give us the website address?
