 Thanks, I saw the article about this I think over a year ago. They use their sonar acoustic abilities to make the silver water rings. The Beluga Whale seems to make it with it's blow-hole. Their play is enchanting to watch and marvelous to observe. I wonder what the strange blinking light was in the water that moved past the dolphins at play. The characteristics of the rings is remarkable as they can be manipulated by the Dolphins and maintain the ring form! I watched one of the Dolphins spin a water ring and it remained cohesive. The Science of Acoustics can benefit I think if this phenomena is studied intently.
