I think the person who spent the money to mail the letter from Pondicherry
is doing a favor for Radha Burnier. Most TS members in India, first of all
do not know who Betty is. Secondly, the idea of remote management of TS
Presidency from the US, will not be well received by the members due to a
lot of historical reasons.
