often go away, being not satisfied by our forms of work; also they 
don't feel at home among the aged people.
There is a tendence to have only one lodge in a city, even if there 
are as much members that they could form entire section!
I don't mean the separate groups for the young people and simplified 
theosophy for them, but the different forms of work as lodges or study 
group dedicated to different branches of theosophy and different forms 
of work (free discussion / organized workings where lectures are read 
and a chairman lets speak people by queue).
When Olcott visited Burma, he started there 3 lodges at once: for 
buddhists, for hindooists and for those who want to study mesmerism 
and other alike phenomena. I think that a similar practice should be 
renewed.
