It is not expensive. Besides of that, John didn't use his site for 
elections. The information given there is short and not surpasses 
substantially that which was circulated officially with the voting 
slip.
Only the hindi page is something outstanding, what one rarely meets on 
webpages, but John probably asked some Indian member to translate. 
Even if he ordered it from a professional translator, it didn't take 
much money as the page was short.
