Since it has been formally submitted according to the rules, it would be
taken up in the next meeting in December and if the GC members agree, they
can approve it immediately and it would be a done deal.
Then it would be fait accompli and too late for membership to do anything.
We have to cry over spilt milk and the GC will run TS in an autocratic
manner answerable to none.

We have to be very vigilant NOW, and active immediately.
