Proposal is not off the table

Information Pedro gave tells that proposal is not off the table. Only
thing is it has not come on the agenda of next meeting, perhaps
because constitution gives Secretary three months period before
including it in the agenda. That great danger is there. And that is
just beginning. Future amendments could be much worse than this.
Members in America and Europe elected John Algeo, Betty Bland and Kim
Diue. And what have these officers done? They removed voting rights of
members. Should members in America and Europe be blamed for electing
these officers, or is it betrayal?
In my opinion only permanent safeguard is to give representation to
each proportionate to number of members in that country. If India had
enough number of representatives in the GC, such hijacking of the TS
by individuals with support of few hundred members would not have been
possible.
