TSA - Has it started down sizing?

I hear that much before the current financial collapse in the USA (which
will definitely affect all, including TSA investments), TSA has started
shutting down some of the operations, including shutting down the Olcott
institute. I also hear that Dr.Tony Lysy who headed it for a long time will
no longer be there. Since the educational arm is critical to recruitment of
new members and retention of existing ones, one wonders this may run counter
to the efforts to increase membership, since the membership has been on a
downward trend.
