Alex, simple to get over this stuff through in settings take out e- 
mails from this group and only to look at the group pages.
I have everywhere filled in : No e mails,
But I can warn you if you have no messages from groups, they fill 
your mailbox daily with winning loteries
 and other kind of much more irritating stuff like banking business 
managers from Africa and other countries, a lot to delete.
