Have J. Algeo, B. Bland, Kim Dieu lost moral right to hold office ?

Those officers who have tried to secretly and unethically
disenfranchise members are still holding offices. That makes TS
vulnerable, weak and unpredictable. Do officers who worked against
members' rights have moral right to hold the office? Will it not be
proper for members to change the officers who worked against members'
rights ?
