Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

For the members in the USA, who want to help, they should send the money
thru a tax exempt organization located in the US so that they may be able to
get tax benefit. They cannot get tax benefit if they send it directly to the
Indian Section.

Those in the USA can contact TS in America and check with them if this can
be done and make sure that there is no overhead cost involved; i.e. 100% of
the donation goes to the Indian Section. If there is a problem, they can
contact me directly and I will be able to find alternate solutions.

PS: This may be the case with most of the countries. The money need to be
channelled thru a local charitable institution.
