Hah, but what Koot Hoomi didn't know, there were secret influences from other planetary rounds which caused infiltration in this planets Logos. A move much appreciated, but not quite understood by our Earth's Dzyan Chohans. Even Narada Shiva was released from His Archontic Silent Watching and decided to progress His Karma into new fields of existance.
