   Thanks for your comments and reply. i gave the name as it was given here in the USA, I understand that there are differences in it's spellings dependent upon nation, language and cultural sophistication. I never did know the exact Founding date of the New Acropolis it never occurred to me as important then. But I would like to see a profile in that if you have one.

I think that's because the American Section always was more autonomous 
in its work than other sections.

The founder's name was Jorge Angel Livraga (read: Hor'he An'hel) and
the organization exists since the late 1950's, not 1907.
