Vril as far as I can see is a force - which can be used for either the benefit or the detriment of mankind. I cannot see how it as a force would have underground vrilians controlling this force. An initiated black magician no doubt could source this energy as could an initiatedÂwhite magician. But to have it locked and bolted in underground caves, supervised byÂsuperpowersÂis nonsense and Bullwyer Lyttons fiction taken out of context - an example of from the sublime to the ridiculous.
