There are millions of testimonies from people about how Jesus changed
their lives in positive direction in so many ways. People reported
miracles of all kinds which Lord Jesus made in their lives. These
testimonies have come, in all centuries, including this, from tens of
thousands of people.

Well there may also be testimonies about Krishna or Buddha or some other religious figure.

The question is: what do any of these experiences mean?

If one person has a personal experience with Jesus and another one
has a personal experience with Krishna, is one experience "better" or more real than the other? How does one decide?

Both experiences may be very meaningful to the persons involved.

You might consider reading the following two books by Hilary Evans:

Visions, Apparitions, Alien Visitors.

Gods, Spirits, Cosmic Guardians.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0850305977/blavatskystud-20/

As to spiritual and mystical experiences, one might read:

Interpretation of Cosmic and Mystical Experiences (Hardcover)
by Robert Crookall
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0227677293/blavatskystud-20/

There are also many other good books on mysticism showing that spiritual and mystical experiences can happen to people in any religion --- not just Christianity.
