Theos-World Re: Where is TS heading?

To participate in online forums, person needs courage and confidence in his writing skill and knowledge. There are many members who are not confident of their knowledge and so they avoid writing and looking ignorant. They prefer to simply watch, just as in any physical meetings many people fear to talk.
We can see that those who talk here are in Theosophy for very long time, have some confidence about what they write and have good English.
Just as in physical meeting many people fear to talk, in online forums also many people fear to talk. This is what I feel one reason for non-participation. In future also I think only small percentage of people will talk in forums. This small bunch consists of people who are confident about their writing skill, knowledge and have thick skin. Thick skin enables one to continue participation despite attacks from other members. If a person does not have thick skin, after two three embarrassing experiences he/she will stop writing in online groups.
