Dear Govert,
I think Masters did not intend to do everything plain in the beginning of the TS. Perhaps HPB also knew this. It is quite possible that Masters wanted to give some idea of Theosophy through HPB and had planned to give in detail knowledge later through Besant and Leadbeater.
Common sense tells us that Theosophists should not make the same mistake which fundamentalists do.
