Here is some more reasoning. I am simply trying to understand things through logical reasoning. It should not be considered as personal attack or conspiracy. I think philosophical discussion is very important. Here is some more analysis.

If a person pledges to obey commands of ES head in all Theosophical duties and esoteric work, it looks absurd if he votes against the ES head in elections. If a member votes against the ES head in elections, obviously he does not believe in the wisdom of the ES head. And if he does not believe in the wisdom of the ES head, his pledge to obey commands of ES head in most important esoteric matters becomes meaningless.
