Dear Pandian

My views are:

I liked that e-mail.
Thanks.

However, I would like to say, that I do not always recommend people to smile at anyone.
Time, place, people and circumstances have to be taken into account.

The sun is not shining on everybody. And when it does, some persons sometimes get at their skin burned.

Yes Love is important. Uselfish healing, giving, compassionate.
To cultivate compassion is important.

When doing this we aught not to mislead people and make them think that the theosophical teachings promotes sex before occultism (Atma-Vidya), or a casual and relaxed view upon the upbrining of children.

And various egoistical thought-patterns have to be up-rooted or controlled before compassion is really developed. These are just my views.

So I ask you Pandian:
How do you Learn how to Learn? How do you cultivate Love or Compassion?
And how aught TS promulgate theosophical teachings and seek to end the strife between the worlds religions as mentioned by HPB in the Key to Theosophy as being its object?

    Brothers

  I am connected with theosophy & T S for 40 years.
Presently the President of Besant Lodge, Chennai.
President Besant Lodge T O S Group, Chennai.
  I am a lawyer & B J P man.

  I have published two books.
Presently about to publish two more books.
My advice to theosophists is first live the objects of T S.

  Brotherhood is the first object.
That is what the Masters recommend us.
Meet people, smile at them, sincere in frienship, Love them.
If you can do this then the next will follow suit.

  Pandian
