Two people neither of whom is known for straightforward plain talk about organizational problems, but rather underhanded swipes at perceived enemies deemed unworthy of being named yet worthy of being attacked.

The Alice Bailey bogeyman is really the worst of this crazy passive aggressive pattern. Adyar willing to lose entire national sections over it, Wheaton willing to engage in lawsuits against local groups over it, no one being willing to say outright: we fear and hate Alice Bailey so much that we can't or won't even name the person we're so freaked out about.
