There are no comments in scanned Theosophist issues; moreover, as among the issues are those of 1920's and 30's, and the wide range of authors were published there, among them surely should be authors which died later than 70 years ago (as the editor himself, Jinarajadasa).
So those who claim copyright are really copyright violators.
