Re: theos-talk Digital files of publications

Already many of the books by theosophical authors are available in digital
format. Many are also in private collections. We can see more and more of
the publications becoming available as time goes since that is where
industry is moving. Much of the digitization work is on account of the
initiative of individuals. Classic example is the publication of early
issues of the Theosophist on theosophy.net website and this was done
with no financial or other support from any organisation. Personally
speaking, searchability of the digital files is a boon to any researcher or
student or commentator. Recently I had the opportunity to search 2000 page
publication in a matter of minutes.
