To study a religion does not mean to embrace a religion.   Only through studying religion do we come to realise the truth in what the masters say  "the chief cause of nearly two thirds of all the evils that pursue humanity"   that leaves only one-third not attributed to religion.  Turn theosophy into a religion and you will be joining that 2/3rds majority.
